Erik was born into privilege in a penthouse apartment on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. He spent his summers in Gstaad and, once he turned six, the rest of the year at a boarding school in England. The son of a prominent banker and former Miss Universe, he has been described as having an “affinity” for heroin. He has been expelled from four Ivy League universities, not including Brown.
